Cozymatic Warranty
Warranty Definition
Cozymatic provides a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for its products. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty period varies depending on the product category and is calculated from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for the warranty, the product must be used in a residential setting and for its intended purpose. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Cost
- Warranty Service Costs: Cozymatic will cover the costs associated with repairs, replacements, or refunds for products that are deemed to be defective under the warranty terms. This includes the cost of transportation for the repair or replacement of the product. Cozymatic reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and what action to take.
- Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing the necessary information and documentation to support their warranty claim. This includes a copy of the original order confirmation or tax invoice, a complete description of the problem, and clear pictures or video evidence showing the defect.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover costs associated with normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, modifications or alterations, commercial use, acts of god, or defects in "as-is" products. Cozymatic has the final say in determining whether a claim is valid and what costs are covered under the warranty.
