White Glove Service

We offer professional White Glove Delivery Service, bringing your furniture directly to the room of your choice. Our delivery team will take care of unpacking, assembly, and placement, while all packaging materials—including wooden crates, cardboard boxes, and protective materials—will be collected and removed at the time of delivery. With everything taken care of for you, your furniture will be fully set up and ready to enjoy, providing a seamless, convenient, and worry-free experience. Please note that disposal of old furniture is not included in the White Glove Service.

To use this service, please choose white glove service at checkout, and reach out to us by livechat or email upon parcel receiving. Our service agent will arrange onsite visit according to your schedule.

Installment of electronics such as lights or home appliances is also included in White Glove Service.

Free Old Furniture Removal — August Special

This August, when you spend HKD 7,000 or more, we'll remove your old furniture at no extra charge. The number of items we remove corresponds to the number of items purchased — so if you order two pieces, we'll take away two old ones.
